The Best Is Yet To Come

The year 2016 has been SO FULL.

Many of the highlights involved spending quality time with family members and friends near and far. Witnessing the birth of our fourth grandchild, Winnie Evelyn, was especially sweet. If I could assess a grade based on these events alone, I would give 2016 an “A”.

I got to check off two bucket list items: Hawaii and surfing.

I surfed for the very first time at Poipu Beach, Kauai and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! My humble yoga practice (along with my surfing instructor, Alika) enabled me to get up on my longboard on the first try. The waves were SMALL, but the accomplishment felt HUGE.

Professionally, I’ve also had some breakthroughs.

  • In my communication, verbal and written, I’ve finally found my authentic voice
  • I’ve conducted new workshops with new partners
  • I’ve been interviewed for a podcast and a radio show
  • I’ve decided to write a book in 2017
  • I’m getting a better sense of how to spend my time. Many opportunities are just not the right fit.
  • My idea of what I want my business to be is beginning to morph, and I’m excited about what lies ahead

Whatever it takes to get my message out to more women–that mastery of a healthy lifestyle is within their grasp–I’m pretty much down with THAT.

I’m thankful for my blessings and for what has been entrusted to me. I am inspired daily as I bear witness to women transforming their lives.

I truly believe that THE BEST IS YET TO COME.

Bring it 2017.
